AustAsia Group is pleased to welcome Graeme Wovodich to our team in the role of Associate Director, Accounting & Tax.
Graeme has worked as a CPA in the professional accounting industry for many years and has a wealth of experience which he has shared with his clients, assisting them to manage, develop and grow their businesses.
As AAG as a group has grown, we have helped our clients to grow with their businesses and assisted them with their overall financial positions. Graeme’s role is to assist us in the tax planning, tax advisory, and general accounting and business advice that we provide. He reports to Simon, and will also draw on his many years’ experience to mentor and train our accounting team.
With Graeme’s vast experience, we know that he will be able to work with you, our clients, to assist you to manage, simplify and enhance your overall tax and financial position. He will work alongside me and the rest of the AAG team to help you to achieve your goals.

I’m experienced in a broad range of industries such as hospitality, hotels, medical practitioners, engineering, retail and high wealth individuals. I’ve also been instrumental in working with and assisting Not for Profit Organisations to meet their compliance and financial reporting needs. I specialise in advisory support to family groups, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), and Self Managed Superannuation Fund (SMSF) administration”.
Graeme is a Practicing CPA, holds a B Com, is an Associate of the Australian Institute of Management (AAIM) and the Governance Institute of Australia (AGIA). He also holds the following qualifications for auditing:
- Registered Company Auditor
- Registered SMSF Auditor
- Registered to Audit Unions
- Registered to Audit Co-Operatives
He has held Directorships in both private and public companies and has also been a Board Member and Corporate Secretary to public companies listed on the ASX.
Graeme can provide advice on the most suitable and workable corporate structures that will provide taxation relief together with the protection of your assets. He has the ability to explain complex matters in simple terms that will allow our clients to fully understand those difficult business and taxation issues.
