Role Models and Leaders Australia (RMLA) is a not for profit charitable organisation founded in 2004 by Olympian and champion basketballer Ricky Grace, Syd Chesson and Simon Chesson. RMLA is the leading provider of school based programs for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students in Australia, developing and empowering youth through leadership training, mentoring, sports and extra curricular programs. Their goal is to assist at risk youth to overcome the common barriers that prevent them from completing their education.
