Estate Planning

Estate Planning is more than just about having a Will. A good estate plan will involve the review and management of your complete financial affairs to ensure that if you pass away your beneficiaries receive what you intended them to receive.

For example, Jointly held assets, trust assets, and superannuation can be considered ‘non-estate’ assets and may not be dealt with under a Will if they are not considered properly. A comprehensive estate plan can avoid many headaches for your family when you do pass away.

An effective estate plan can cover not only your financial, business and tax arrangements, but can also cover your lifestyle needs, your retirement plans and any future events such as health scares.
